COMPLIANT POOLS – If your pool is deemed compliant the certificate of compliance will be issued within 24hrs this can be forwarded to you solicitor or conveyancer if your selling or your managing agent if the property is for lease.
NON COMPLIANT POOLS – If the pool is deemed non-compliant this certificate of non compliance will be issued within 24hrs with a report outlining the issues that need rectifying this report will have photographs with an explanation what needs to be rectified and our recommendation on how to do it. Please note a non- complaint pool does not stop you from selling your home.
